V.PDEC, was established lately in 2013 which its head office located at address #1E, St.3, Borey Honglay, Phum Trea3, Sangkat Steung Meanchey, Khan Meanchey, Phnom Penh City, Cambodia. At First, V.PDEC is a licensed NGO (Vattanac Partnership Development of Economy for Community) with a mission to contribute the financial services in order to improve people living in Phnom Penh's suburb to liberate from poverty. V.PDEC was registered with the Ministry of Commerce on 14th July 2014 as a business financial service and obtained a Credit Operator license from the National Bank of Cambodia on 02 July 2015. For a unique purpose, to help poor people who have no ability to run business. Therefore, V.PDEC will offer a financial service spreading to the urban area to develop their living such as agricultural, industrial, constructional field, or for small or medium enterprise. Although V.PDEC has just newly operated, but V.PDEC has been well known through providing credit loan service to lots of families with 3 areas Phnom Penh, Kompong Spue, and Takeo area. Moreover, V.PDEC is planning to offer the other areas in Kingdom of Cambodia. And becoming a broader provider of financial service to Cambodian poor population and assist them in improving their livelihood manner. V.PDEC fulfilled commitment by increasing loan portfolio by strengthening quality, improvement financial performance in meaning Cambodian economic development like other countries of ASEAN.

V.PDEC helped social, and developed community to contribute the financial services in order to improve people living to liberate from poverty. And becoming a professional institution that has skill and confidence from the people, and a leading institution in the field of microfinance Cambodia.
